This Assyrtiko is produced from certified sustainable practices and from a single block estate vineyard. The grapes are manually destemmed and then lightly pressed followed by six hours of skin contact that ferments in stainless steel tanks and ages on it's lees for eight months. The wine is bright with vibrant aromas and textures and expresses citrus flavors that finishes clean crisp.
