Rakomelo Cocktail:

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Raki (a Greek spirit)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Lemon peel (optional)
  • Cloves (optional) 

Instructions: 

  1. In a small saucepan, warm the honey, cinnamon stick, and optionally a few cloves over low heat. Stir until the honey is thinned and the spices are fragrant.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool slightly. 
  3. In a heat-resistant glass or mug, pour the Raki. 
  4. Pour the warm honey mixture into the glass with the Raki and stir well to combine.
